Christopher S. Stewart is the Investigations Chief at The Wall Street Journal. He manages a team of editors and reporters and works across the newsroom on global investigative stories.
He joined the Journal in 2011 as a reporter and was part of a team awarded the Pulitzer Prize for investigative reporting for a series exposing abuses in the Medicare system. He has won multiple Gerald Loeb awards, among others.
Christopher is also the author of three books: “Hunting the Tiger: The Fast Life and Violent Death of the Balkans’ Most Dangerous Man,” “Jungleland: A Mysterious Lost City, a WWII Spy, and a True Story of Deadly Adventure” and “”Drone Warrior: An Elite Soldier’s Inside Account of the Hunt for America’s Most Dangerous Enemies.”
