Sasha Schell is a documentary filmmaker and open-source investigative reporter from Berkeley, CA. He works at the Investigative Reporting Program and the Berkeley Human Rights Center teaching digital investigations to undergraduate and graduate students. His recent work examines the use of less lethal weapons against civilians in immigration protests in the US. Before coming to Berkeley, Sasha was an associate producer for PBS FRONTLINE investigating conflicts in Syria and Afghanistan.
